Qi Gong
with Arun
In partnership with Care Your Way.
Through gentle flowing movements, breathwork, and stillness, we'll build energy, ease tension, and restore balance — no experience needed, just an open mind and comfortable clothing
What is Qi Gong
Movement
The physical postures and flowing, low-impact sequences (often inspired by nature: cranes, trees, waves) that mobilize joints, build strength, and improve circulation.
Mindfulness
Focused awareness, visualization, and meditative intention that quiet the mind and anchor the practice in the present moment, rather than just physical repetition.
Breath
Deep, diaphragmatic breathing techniques used to calm the nervous system and are believed to direct and build qi within the body.
Philosphy
The underlying framework from Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine (yin-yang balance, the five elements, meridians) that gives Qi Gong its meaning and purpose beyond exercise.
